Decanter Centrifuge
Decanter Centrifuge shall be capable of handling sludge consisting of minimum 1% solids by weight. The dewatered cake shall be based on minimum consistency of 20% to 25% by weight dry solids. The Inside How Its Work The decanter's having horizontal rotation bowl, which has a cylindrical and conical section. A scroll is integrated in the bowl. The liquid-solid mixture enters through stationary arranged feed tubes.The solid deposits in the inner bowl wall under the action of centrifugal force. The scroll rotates lower than the bowl speed, conveying the deposits of solid towards conical section. The conical section having solid discharge ports, liquid is also simultaneously separated. The separated liquid flow in the opposite direction and discharged cylindrical ports.
Separator
Separator drive marktech disc stack separators, separating liquid-liquid with fine solids continuously. The rotation of disc stack separator vertically. The conical make disc stack is fixed inside the bowl. The mixture of two immiscible liquid and fine particles feed inlet at the top of the stationary arrangement feed tubes. The bowl rotate at high speed and generate high amount of force, immiscible liquids separated and discharged at the top of the two outlet ports, the fine solid resting inside.All products welted parts are made of stainless steel. The bowls are made of High Chrome Nickel Steel. Sealing are made of NBR, EPDM, and VITON.
Super Centrifuge
High speed tubular bowl super centrifuges separate liquid-liquid with micro solid. The super centrifuge is vertical rotation, generating centrifugal "G" force 16000. It is used for continuous separation of two immiscible liquids having different specific gravities. The tubular bowl rotates 12000 rpm, and generate high amount of "G" force. The designed and engineering registered this is high 'G' force centrifuge in globe.
The force separate according to their specific gravities, immiscible liquids are separated and continuously discharged of the two outlet ports. If any micro solid feeding solids are deposited inside the bowl. While running the centrifuge of any disturbance liquid-liquid separation, stop the centrifuge and cleaned out solids is manually.
