Liquid - Liquid - Micro Solid Separation
High speed tubular bowl super centrifuges separate liquid-liquid with micro solid. The super centrifuge is vertical rotation, generating centrifugal G force 16000. It is used for continuous separation of two immiscible liquids having different specific gravities.
The Inside How Its Work
High speed rotating tubular bowl having three wings fixed inside. The mixture of immiscible liquids feeds inlet at the base of stationary nozzle through bottom. The tubular bowl rotates 12000 rpm, and generate high amount of G force. The designed and engineering registered this is high G force centrifuge in globe. The force separate according to their specific gravities, immiscible liquids are separated and continuously discharged of the two outlet ports. If any micro solid feeding solids are deposited inside the bowl. While running the centrifuge of any disturbance liquid-liquid separation, stop the centrifuge and cleaned out solids is manually.
Material of Construction
High quality of stainless steel for all wetted parts; the complete bowl are made centrifugal casting. High strength and corrosion resistant stainless steel.
Rotor Bearing and Lubrication:-
The bowls are hanging on bearing arrangement the lubrication systems supplies either grease or oil.
Ring dam adjustment
The separation of liquid quality easily adjustable ring dam arrangement for top of liquid outlet ports.
